Metro Waste has been established for over 25 years in a little pocket in Thebarton. Three years ago the operation changed hands and we have endeavoured to turn the operation into a Recycling Centre. Being located where we are it is central and close to the CBD.
Recycling has been our goal since taking over the reigns in June 2006 and reducing what comes through our gate going to Landfill. By reducing this we can lesson our Carbon Footprint this is achieved through sorting our waste and sending the various products to different establishments across Adelaide who in turn re-use and produce useable products such as Mulch, Road Base, Wood Chips, and Paper.
We are open 7 days a week from 8am till 5pm!
Closed: Good Friday, Christmas Day, New Year Day
